This week has been exhausting, but beyond rewarding. We had a great time in Indiana for Thanksgiving and getting the opportunity see family, and we now have batch #1s for all of our sauces! Somehow we managed to make five batches all in the last week. It was a blast to do, but also a great sense of accomplishment. Nothing like building something with your own two hands and getting to see the wonderful fruits of your labor. And nothing like making mistakes and learning along the way either!
