S.O.S. Scotch

This sauce was made in collaboration with Sons of Speed. Sons of Speed is an organization started by Billy Lane, the owner and creator of Choppers Inc. to honor early generations of motorcycles. Founded and headquartered in Florida, this sauce uses the Sunshine State as it's inspiration. The combination of papaya, scotch bonnet peppers, orange, agave, and key lime juice help create the perfect tropical sauce for your food pairings!
